Khu Vực Hà Nội:
• Bắt đầu nghỉ lễ: Từ 17h00 ngày 15/02/2026 (Tức 28 Âm lịch).
• Hoạt động trở lại: Ngày 22/02/2026 (Tức Mùng 6 Tết).
Khu Vực TP. Hồ Chí Minh:
Để phục vụ nhu cầu khai xuân sớm của anh em, các chi nhánh tại TP.HCM sẽ có lịch mở cửa linh hoạt:
• Chi nhánh Bình Thạnh & Quận 5: Nghỉ lễ từ: 18h00 ngày 15/02/2026 (Tức 28 Âm lịch).
Khai xuân mở cửa sớm: Ngày 20/02/2026 (Tức Mùng 4 Tết).
• Chi nhánh Tân Phú: Nghỉ lễ từ: 18h00 ngày 15/02/2026 (Tức 28 Âm lịch).
Hoạt động trở lại: Ngày 22/02/2026 (Tức Mùng 6 Tết).
Trong thời gian nghỉ lễ, hệ thống website Gymstore.vn vẫn mở tiếp nhận đơn đặt hàng 24/7. Tuy nhiên, lịch giao nhận sẽ được điều chỉnh để phù hợp với thời gian làm việc của các đối tác vận chuyển:
• Đơn hàng nội thành (Hà Nội & TP.HCM): Nhận xử lý hỏa tốc đến sát giờ đóng cửa ngày 15/02 (28 Tết).
• Đơn hàng gửi đi tỉnh: Các đơn hàng đặt sau ngày [14.02] sẽ được tự động lưu lại trên hệ thống. Gymstore sẽ ưu tiên đóng gói và giao cho đơn vị vận chuyển ngay trong ngày đầu tiên làm việc trở lại.
Hỗ trợ khách hàng: Các kênh Hotline và Fanpage sẽ tạm ngưng phản hồi trong thời gian nghỉ Tết và sẽ hỗ trợ giải đáp Quý khách sớm nhất vào ngày khai xuân.

2026 LUNAR NEW YEAR HOLIDAY SCHEDULE & SHIPPING UPDATES

To help you proactively manage your supplement needs and maintain your peak performance throughout the festive season, we are pleased to announce our 2026 Lunar New Year (Tet) operating schedule as follows:
1. Offline Store Operating Hours
Hanoi City:
• Commencement of Holiday: Operations will conclude at 17:00 on February 15, 2026 (28th day of the Lunar December).
• Resumption of Service: Normal operations will recommence on February 22, 2026 (6th day of the Lunar New Year).
Ho Chi Minh City:
To accommodate those eager to initiate their post-festival fitness regimen, our metropolitan branches will observe the following schedule:
• Binh Thanh & District 5 Branches:
Recess begins: 18:00 on February 15, 2026 (28th day of the Lunar December).
Early Spring Re-opening: February 20, 2026 (4th day of the Lunar New Year).
• Tan Phu Branch:
Recess begins: 18:00 on February 15, 2026 (28th day of the Lunar December).
Resumption of Service: February 22, 2026 (6th day of the Lunar New Year).
• While our digital storefront at Gymstore.vn remains accessible for procurement 24/7 during the holiday, please take note of the following logistical adjustments:
• Intra-city Distribution (Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City): Expedited fulfillment remains available until the respective boutique closing times on February 15.
• Inter-provincial Consignments: Orders finalized after February 14th will be queued within our system. These will receive prioritized processing and be dispatched to our logistics partners immediately upon our resumption of operations.
• Client Support Services: Our telephonic and digital correspondence channels will be temporarily suspended during the holiday. All inquiries will be addressed with the utmost priority starting on our respective re-opening dates.
